Carol Begbie and Susan Young have over forty years experience in the Financial Services Sector. They both have experience in providing Mortgage Lending Advice and various Insurances you may require, and they are both fully qualified mortgage advisers with certificates in "Mortgage Advice and Practice".

The business has been set up to offer totally independent mortgage advice and to guide clients through the mortgage system. This includes from confirming maximum lending amounts and affordable monthly payments to selecting a solicitor and surveyor and organizing other related mortgage products, ie. life cover/critical illness, Mortgage Payment Protection and Buildings and Contents Insurance.

The company offers advice to anyone in relation to purchases, first time buyers, re-mortgages, council house purchases, capital raising and equity release. We can also arrange personal loans on behalf of customers.

There are few women in the industry and the company hopes to attract a wide audience.
